Where a customer elects to install, mount, or configure products independently (self-installation), the customer assumes full responsibility for the physical installation, including any damage to property, infrastructure, or the product itself resulting from the installation process. Exakt Solutions GmbH accepts no liability for damages, defects, or malfunctions arising from customer-performed installations or configurations.
Where Exakt Solutions GmbH arranges or recommends a third-party installer or service provider on behalf of the customer, such installer or service provider acts as an independent contractor and not as an agent, employee, or representative of Exakt Solutions GmbH. Exakt Solutions GmbH accepts no liability for the workmanship, conduct, timeliness, or any damages caused by third-party installers or service providers, regardless of whether such parties were recommended or arranged by Exakt Solutions GmbH.
